What data we process

What you send us through the contact form: name, phone, email, wedding date and place, chosen film genre, company or venue (if you are a professional) and your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp, also your number and the messages in that conversation.

What we use it for

• Replying to your request and calling or writing to you to talk about your film.
• Preparing a proposal and, if you decide to hire us, managing the business relationship.

We do not make automated decisions about you or build profiles. We will not send you marketing communications unless you give separate consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

How long we keep it

While we handle your request. If no contract follows, we delete it no later than 12 months after the last contact. If you hire us, we keep it for the periods required by law.

Who else has access

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use providers that process it on our behalf within the European Union: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which hosts the website and database, and Brevo (France), which sends us the internal alert for each new request. If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to julian@kyskam.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.

Cookies and technical logs

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools, and fonts are served from our own server. The server keeps technical access logs (such as IP address) for security purposes for about 14 days.
